China's hospital booking systems are built for locals. They require a Chinese phone number, local payment apps (WeChat Pay / Alipay), and often only work in Mandarin. Even if you know exactly which hospital and doctor you want, actually getting an appointment can be a frustrating wall.
That's where we come in. You tell us where and when. We handle the rest. You just show up with your passport.
Specialist consultations at public or private hospitals
Health checkup packages at premium screening centers
Diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, PET-CT)
Dental consultations and procedures
Second opinion appointments
Flights (domestic and international)
Hotels (near your hospital, budget to luxury)
Airport transfers and ground transportation
Train tickets (China's high-speed rail network)
Fill out our booking request form:
Hospital/Doctor: Which hospital do you want? If you're not sure, we can recommend options (or check out our Written Consultation first).
Appointment Type: What kind of visit? (consultation, checkup, procedure, second opinion)
Preferred Dates: When do you want to go? Give us a date range — flexibility helps.
Travel Needs: Do you also need flights, hotel, or transport?
Within 24 hours, we'll:
Check appointment availability with the hospital
Confirm the date, time, and department
If your preferred slot isn't available, we'll suggest the closest alternative
Send you a quote for the service fee (if applicable)
Once availability is confirmed, pay the booking fee to lock in your appointment. We accept credit cards and international payment methods — no need to set up Chinese payment apps.
You'll get a bilingual confirmation document including:
Appointment details — date, time, hospital address, department, doctor (if specified)
Hospital map and directions — how to get there from your hotel or the airport
What to bring — passport, medical records, insurance card (if applicable)
Useful phrases — key Mandarin phrases for your visit
Emergency contacts — local hospital hotline and our support number
All prices are service fees — they cover our time and expertise in navigating China's local systems. Actual costs (ride fares, hotel rates) are paid separately by you.

Q: Why is it only $5? Is this a real service?
A: For our partner hospitals, booking is actually free — we earn a commission from the hospital. The $5 fee only applies to non-partner public hospitals where we need to navigate the local booking system on your behalf. It covers our operational time, not the appointment itself.
Q: What if the doctor I want is fully booked?
A: We'll tell you as soon as we check availability. We can suggest the next available slot, an alternative date, or a comparable doctor in the same department. If nothing works, we'll refund your service fee in full.
Q: Can I choose a specific doctor?
A: Yes. If you have a doctor's name, we'll try to book them specifically. If you only know the department, we'll book you with an available specialist.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend at least 7-14 days for public hospitals and 3-5 days for private hospitals and checkup centers. For popular specialists, earlier is better.
Q: Can I cancel or reschedule?
A: Yes. Our refund policy for service fees:
| When You Cancel | Refund |
| Before we confirm availability | 100% refund |
| After confirmation, 72+ hours before appointment | 100% refund |
| After confirmation, 24-72 hours before appointment | 50% refund |
| After confirmation, less than 24 hours | No refund |
| Hospital cancels or can't accommodate | 100% refund + free rebooking |
Note: This applies to our service fee only. Hospital cancellation policies for treatment fees are separate and vary by institution.
Q: Do I need a Chinese phone number?
A: No. We handle all communications with the hospital. You'll receive all confirmations via email and WhatsApp. We recommend getting a local SIM or eSIM for your trip, but it's not required for the booking itself.
