How It Works

Step 1: Tell Us Your Schedule

After purchasing, fill out a short form:

Step 2: Meet Your Advocate

Within 24 hours, we'll match you with an advocate and send you their profile — name, languages, experience, and a photo. Your advocate will contact you via WhatsApp to introduce themselves and confirm details.

Step 3: Hospital Day

Your advocate meets you at the hospital entrance (or your hotel lobby). From that moment, they handle everything:

1. Check you in at registration

2. Accompany you to every department

3. Translate during consultations — every question, every answer

4. Run to the pharmacy, queue for reports, handle payments

5. Explain what the doctor said in plain language

6. Make sure you have all documents before you leave

Step 4: After Your Visit

Your advocate follows up within 24 hours:

1. Summary of what was discussed and any next steps

2. Reminder of any medication or follow-up instructions

3. If you need to return, you can request the same advocate

A: No. Your advocate is a professional interpreter and hospital navigator, not a doctor or nurse. They translate accurately and help you navigate the system, but they do not provide medical advice or interpret test results medically. For medical interpretation of your results, please consult your doctor.

Q: What if my advocate doesn't show up?

A: In the rare event of a no-show, we'll immediately arrange a replacement advocate or provide a full refund plus a free extra half-day on your next visit.

Q: Can I request the same advocate for multiple visits?

A: Yes. We encourage it — your advocate already knows your case and can provide better continuity. Just mention it when booking.

Q: What if my appointment runs over the booked time?

A: We understand medical appointments can be unpredictable. Overtime is billed at $30/hour, rounded to the nearest 30 minutes. Your advocate will let you know when you're approaching the end of your booked time.

Q: Can my advocate help me outside the hospital?

A: The core service is hospital-focused. For airport transfers, errands, or other needs, add our optional services above. Your advocate is not available for tourism, shopping, or personal activities.

Q: Will my advocate have access to my medical records?

A: Only what you choose to share. Your advocate needs to know your basic situation to translate effectively, but all medical records remain yours. We follow strict confidentiality — your advocate signs an NDA before your first session.

Q: What is your refund policy?

For bundle packages (with airport transfer, errands, etc.), the refund applies to the total bundle price. Add-on services follow the same timeline.
